A look at the passenger side of the trans will tell you for sure. The E4OD will have a wire harness behind a metal cover towards the rear of the trans. The C6 will have no wires in this area. Also on the drivers’ side of the IP, a C6 will have vacuum lines, an E4OD will have wires.
